- Ad Hoc Report Requests of non- PI info. Such as an email report, headcount report, etc..
- Helping people to Navigate to on boarding/new hire To Do's. Such as where to find their inbox. Where to add payment elections.
- Helping them access Workday if they cant find it in Okta
- Assisting employees in conducting basic ESS tasks. How to update name, etc.
- Troubleshooting integration Errors
- Managing updates to simple integrations
- Managing updates to custom Lists and fields
