Establishing, implementing & maintaining QA framework
Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance / quality
Actively participate in the End to End process to ensure that processes match actions taken by team and ensure that the End to End process manual is proactively updated to reflect enhancements and improvements that are agreed from time to time.
Supervise & manage team of quality executives,
Develop, maintain and improve quality system standards, procedures and controls to ensure processes and products meet standards and reflect current practices
To improve and promote quality on process level by reducing errors and maintains accuracy with zero defects
Regular performance review of quality objectives / targets / metrics to ensure its suitability, adequacy and effectiveness.
Setting up and maintaining change controls and documentation procedures
Investigate customer complaints and provide a timely response in accordance with defined procedures
Conducting regular internal audits of processes
Identify and drive process improvement initiatives
Systems Skills & Experience
Fair working knowledge on trade life cycle, investment banking, fixed income, corporate actions, derivatives etc.
Experience to manage client in asset services and mutual fund area is preferred
Effective written & verbal communication including presentation skills.
Strong Analytical and Reasoning Ability skills
Proficient in using MS Excel & Power Point
Good time management and an eye for detail
Ability to identify improvement opportunities
End to end Process mapping using Visio
Six sigma / lean knowledge or certification preferred
Must be willing to work in night shift
