Job Description

Job Purpose:

Lead Training & development department to establish HR best practices that can help company have a highly skilled manpower in its phase of expansion

Job Responsibilities:

Identifying training needs for the organization in consultation with business managers and HR
Designing and Implementing training & development plans as per training calendar
Exposure to Organisational Development Functions
Developing IDP, Succession planning , Leadership pipeline
Drive induction program for Management training including class room training, field work and timely learning intervention through out the year
Able to design, Plan & execute development plans for staff in alignment with the Organizational goals
Develop and execute robust Induction plans for new joinees
Experience in working in SAP HR module, IT Skills
Effective Communication & Presentation Skills
