Required Job Skills:
Is to act as an expert in his vertical and leverage this expertise to enable the clients meet their business objectives in an efficient and effective manner
Take complete ownership for client management and engage with CXOs
Responsible for overall revenue generation from his/her set of enterprise accounts nationally and for expansion of wallet share from the client
Identify, understand customers existing processes/issues need and provide industry best practices, information, transformation and solutions
Co-relate Business Process knowledge with Ricoh product and services in order to optimize Ricoh revenues and maximize opportunities through third party/ outsourcing options.
Help design new solutions and strategies for the vertical
To meet the client needs collaborate with BUs and other internal stakeholders.
