o Handle the ER for a manufacturing shop
o Handle the performance appraisals for all operators for the assigned shop (dept).
o Conduct Monthly Employee Relation Meet in respective shops/area.
o Handle daily grievances of all operators
o Work on ER Strategy & Process Formulation
o Handle the annual increment of permanent operators, by Conducting Compensation & Benefit Benchmark Survey, Food Basket Surveys (For Cost of Living) etc
o Manage the Induction program for permanent operators
