Job Description

Manager - Core Business - IT Software Services/Solutions - BFSI Sector

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Undertake and supervise end - to - end, B2B sale of IT Software Solutions

2. Gain important functional knowledge of all Alpha Plus solutions

3. Generate leads for new business opportunities from existing & new clients basis field experience

4. Prepare and submit quotes to the prospective leads for own projects and undertake proposal review and sanction for reporting team members

5. Groom team of Associates / Sr. Associates in project strategy formulation, strategy execution, product demonstration, independent project handling, and other nuances associated with the role of business development

6. Identify and assign projects / prospective leads to team members in the assigned zone(s)

7. Effective supervision and management of the projects in the assigned zone(s) / region(s)

8. Drive forward company's business growth objectives by surpassing Business Targets from the assigned zone(s) / region(s) for each member of the reporting team

9. Accompany team members in product presentations and project negotiations

10. Negotiate for own projects and on behalf of team members to finalize business deals

11. Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities and alliances in areas related to Core Business Development

12. Track market intelligence particularly relating to new opportunities and competition, related to company's products

13. Manage budget allocations for the Core Business Team

14. Devise product pricing strategies for clients across verticals

15. Oversee day-to-day administration of the team's activities and discharge duties of Department Head in his/her absence

16. Conduct periodic reviews of the team and report the progress to the Department Head

17. Provide insights to the Marketing Team for greater product visibility basis field experience and to the Products- Team for product innovation and improvement basis market dynamics

18. Contribute in revenue projection for the future, basis trend analysis and company's growth expectations, in order to define the Department's goal and objectives for the future

19. Assist the Head in preparation of the Annual Business Growth Plan

20. Any other roles and responsibilities as may be suggested by Department Head
