Monitor and design Organisations salary structure and benefits provision to ensure a balance between control of costs and attracting and retaining the right talent
Research and analyze salary trends and benefits offered by other employers in the comparative basket
Undertake Job Evaluations to ensure that correctly align roles/ jobs to their righteous levels and rightfully justify the variation in salary between those doing different jobs within the organization
Coordinate compensation processes - salary planning, annual variable pay planning and various incentive scheme development
Design, develop and implement new benefit packages - ensure competitiveness and relevance of salary structures in line with legal and statutory requirements
Execute compensation and benefits programs
Benchmarking & Survey for India Market.
Work with Consulting & Research Firms on various Projects assigned.
Lead various HR Projects/ Interventions - not restricted to C&B sub-function
Be the custodian of HR KPIs and facilitate the HR Engagement forums
Lead the HR Budget process and ensure the same is in sync with Business prerogatives and Plan
Work with Global & Regional Team for implementation of Policies & Process.
Lead the delivery of various HR reports required for Function, Business and Region on a timely basis
