Job Description

To visualize, initiate, drive and manage effective designing and implementation of business solutions and processes that would support, facilitate and enhance efficiency of business operations.
Responsible to provide technical support, manage enterprise database & transaction processing systems. This includes transaction processing security, resource monitoring and reporting, and development of specialized programs.


Specific Responsibilities
To be responsible for providing technical support, manage web and mobile applications
Ensure transaction processing security, resource monitoring and reporting.
To drive the development of specialized programs in a manner that leads to optimum solution design & efficient implementation of business solutions
To define processes and practices to ensure a balance of scope, time, cost and quality in the course of developing / implementing business solutions.
To comply with ISO service quality standards.
Contribute to high standards of internal and external customer satisfaction
Specific Authorities To take necessary steps for defining and monitoring business processes in the course of implementing business solutions.
To take decisions leading to increased efficiency of business solutions and implementation methodologies and for ensuring system and information security (pre-defined approval processes will apply)

Consistency of approach and processes.
Timely execution of projects
Preventive and Corrective steps as necessary, for continuous improvement in processes
Schedule accuracy and adherence (minimum variance)
Quality of deliverables (no critical errors)
Compliance with ISO service quality standards

Various stakeholders as identified and relevant to projects under management
External Vendors, Service providers

APPLICANT PROFILE
Experience Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
Technical Competencies /
Skills MS-Office, MS-Project, MS-Visio
Understanding Latest Mobile and web technologies.
Domain Knowledge of Broking industry
Good understanding of RDBMS & experience in development of browser based applications.
Knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies
Understanding of system design / database structures.
Ability to work with large business data sets, support management information systems, decision-making and business rollout programs.

Formal Qualifications Any graduate
