ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Must possess basic knowledge about various laws prevailing in the country especially
Contract Laws, Corporate Laws, Business Laws and Company Laws.
Negotiating, Drafting, Reviewing and executing various agreements and contracts on behalf
of the Company.
Drafting of various internal and external policies of the Company.
Offering counsel on a variety of legal issues.
Handling various regulatory compliances of the Company.
Working alongside other departments within the Company.
Taking frequent follow ups of the whole documentation process by completing the legal
formalities of the employees.
Ability to multitask and coordinate with different stakeholders effectively.
Advising on contracts status, legal risks, and the legal liabilities associated with different
Researching and anticipating unique legal issues that could impact the Company.
Providing training to the Company on legal topics as a part of induction and exit formalities.
Conduct your work with integrity and responsibility.
Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation
