Candidates needs to have hands on experience in customization
- Apex experience is a must(Triggers, VF pages, Class etc)
- Expectation for the candidates is write classes and VF pages during interview.
- Salesforce.com Lead with strong development experience in in Apex, Visualforce, Triggers with at least 6 years experience in Salesforce environment
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal); ability to effectively communicate with customer, developers, management and senior management.
- Strong leadership skills - ability to provide work direction to application developers; ability to navigate grey areas; ability to prioritize work/issues; ability to work with cross-functional resources/teams and vendors
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong customer management skills - ability to understand customer needs and prioritize; ability to drive customer to focus on priorities; ability to work with customer on options/trade-off and drive to a mutually agreeable position
