Job Description

Candidate will be instrumental in for building capability for Microsoft Exchange / O365 messaging solutions and related infrastructure, including identifying and building the required skills for Exchange and O365 (Exchange Online, Skype for Business/Lync, One drive)
Candidate will be instrumental in developing best practices around
o Messaging (Microsoft Exchange / O365) design, migration & management Frameworks
o Reference architectures
o Migration & Deployment Strategy
o Management /Operations Model
Candidate will collaborate with other functional and technical teams to ensure all solutions are appropriately architected, engineered, tested, & deployed
Candidate will architect Messaging Infrastructure solutions for on premise / O365 / Hybrid environment based on a range of technologies and leading products
Candidate will work on cutting-edge projects in a highly technical, dynamic, and fast-paced organization; as well as be able to discuss, recommend, and defend approaches to complex problems based on prior experience
Candidate will help identify area of automation to increase efficiency and optimize the delivery costs, provide recommendation and work closely with automation team to build the solution
Candidate will have a foundation in competing and complementary technologies and be able to demonstrate a proficiency and/or knowledge of the following:
o Azure Cloud services / Amazon Cloud Services
o DNS, Proxy,
o Endpoint security, Gateway security
o Enterprise file and storage services
o Migration tools
o SharePoint
o Voice Network (Cisco / Avaya) deployment and management
Candidate will be proficient in translating business requirements into technical architectures/solutions.
Candidate will create white papers/point of view / blogs and publish periodically
Candidate will participate with sales/presales team during customer calls and meeting
Assess the email infrastructure management service delivery operations for existing customers,
