Provide resolution to all escalated issues including incidents reported by our internal users
Dealing with global markets for managing & maintaining the MDM platform
Interaction with the MDM vendor for product upgrades, support & enhancements
Perform MDM platform test cycles and independently manage upgrades and updates to the MDM platform
Ability to communicate to global stakeholders and across international and distributed teams and act as role model to the support teams for delivering world class user experience and for taking end-to-end ownership for service quality
