Troubleshooting on different problems arising on various peripheral devices.

Features:-
One should know how to close their own calls.
One shall know how to take remote access of the computer.
6 months of experience in Tech Support is mandatory.
People working in International BPO in Tech Process can apply. ( Outbound or Inbound)
One should have good command in English.
Should be flexible in Night shift.
