Client management: Working closely with client and understanding the requirement and onboarding the right resource within the budget keeping profit in consideration. Regular connect with the client Managers & understand the upcoming requirements
Contract management: working closely with the Client on extension / renewal of contract. Also preparing new contracts for the new deals signed.
Client billing management: Preparing a draft version of the forecast invoice and finalizing it after a review with Management. Getting Approval from Management for sending the final version of invoice to the client.
Resource Allocation / Optimization: Tagging of resources to the recruitment of the client, based on the skill, level and demand. Ensure maximize closures.
Reporting: sending daily/ weekly and monthly status reports on multiple data to senior management and clients also send adhoc reports to the team based on requirements. Involved in service implementation plans in fine tune the process and procedures.
Working experience with Recruitment / Staffing Industry.
Should have Client Management, Team Management experience
