Job Description

Recruitment and Manpower planning
Responsible for managing the entire recruitment life cycle.
Handling entire recruitment life cycle (Sourcing Line ups Interview Joining)
Prepare approval for Salary Structure and Issuance of Offer letter
Issuing Offer letters, Appointment Letter.

Performs a variety of interactions with the Business Group Managers & Associates providing consultation on issues related to HR policies and processes.
Workforce Relations and General Counsel to determine appropriate course of action and bring queries and issues to closure.

Consulting on whole range of HR policy & progresses.
Supporting managers in applying HR policies on moderate to high risk situations.

Employee Relations& Engagement
Participating in design and implementation of various employee relations programs
Conducting investigations independently and brings issues to closure, following the appropriate protocol in line with company policies
Handling grievances pertaining to employees salary, PF, ESI, Increment, Medical claim, Salary etc.
Handle employee queries on Pay, Policies, Processes & Benefits
Consulting with business leaders regarding HR guidelines and respond to employee and manager inquires
Post Birthday & Festival mailer.

Maintaining Employee Master Database
Maintaining personnel records & files in system, to analyze and update employee data
