Supports the Implementation and design of various human resources plans, programs and procedures.
Ensures the delivery of consistent HR services to managers and associates.
Supports strategic support to Business Units on the administration of compensation analysis, advice and changes (promotions, market adjustments).
Advises employees on company policies and regulations.
Advises managers and associates on disciplinary and performance improvement processes.
Acts as a facilitator and advisor of the performance management process.
Provides support by developing talent management and development initiatives and processes
Analysis of attrition, trend analysis and suggest actions to mitigate the risk
Manages the associate engagement, Fun @ work activities
Interfaces with Executive level staff to ensure the delivery of HR KPIs
Manage projects like Wellness365, Diversity & Inclusion, enhancing associate satisfaction (Your Voice) amongst many others.
6-7 years of experience in Human Resources with similar responsibilities.
