Job Description

Principle Responsibility:-
Office up Keep:-
Daily cleaning schedule monitoring
Procurement of House Keeping material
Conference room up keep and refreshment items
Pantry / Lunch Room up keep and ensure required material
Deep Cleaning.
Stationary / other items Management:-
Procurement of stationary
Reduce wastage of stationary
Stationary Distribution and record keeping
Printing Stationary
Vendor selection / Rate finalization for printed stationary
Procurement of printed stationary.
Vehicle Management:-
Regular vehicle / driver scheduling.
Company vehicle up keep / cleaning as per checklist.
Arranging vendor vehicle and making the necessary arrangements.
Guest House / Hotel Bookings:-
Co-ordinate Guest House booking at Wai / Pune / Mumbai
Hotel Booking in Pune / Outside Pune
Courier Management:-
Daily incoming / outgoing courier management / record keeping
Monthly bill checking / passing.
Monthly Bill passing ensuring agreed services:-
Telephone Lines
Newspaper & Magazines.
Time Attendance System & Time Office Function:-
Daily Time attendance & leave management
Pay roll input for pay roll processing
Circulation of daily attendance reports
Conference room booking schedule.

Reception Management:-
Attending incoming phone calls
Maintaining the list of intercom and mobile numbers
Maintaining the contact details of all vendors / hotels etc.
Dial-in call booking with TATA DoCoMo.
Travel Desk Management:-
Will Manage the Domestic as well as International travel of all employees and support them in their travel arrangement, which includes Air ticket, Vehicle arrangement and other related activities.
Clearing all the bills related to travel management.
2 to 8 Years.
Any Graduate.
Below are few points need to be considered for the candidate:-

1. Female Candidate only- Age not more than 35 years.

2. English Communication must.

3. Knowledge of MS-office, and Intercom as well as computer operating needed.
