Job Description

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Ensure Account growth by delivering Order Entry and External Revenues targets and taking ownership of the account plan to ensure maximum share of wallet through Sales proactivity
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Ensure Account profitability by delivering Gross Margin target and ensure actions are defined and implemented to close any Gross Margin gap
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales quotas
Direct ownership of relationship with key customer decision makers
Responsible for maintaining high CSAT Levels by implementing actions to close gaps
Ensure adequate governance with customer is implemented
