Provide Support to regional Sales & Customer Marketing team to drive revenues
Support the sales team in Offer management including pricing support
Drive Product knowledge and competence among internal and external teams
Keep the team updated on solution offerings and arm them with differentiators, USPs, comparisons & other sales tools.
Continuously update the knowledge portal with relevant information.
increase customer advocacy (including referrals, testimonials, references, etc.), identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and increase loyalty and retention
Engage with Marcom for all new product launches w.r.t. branding, launch plan, events, collaterals, etc
Coordination with Marcom and ePresence team to ensure update of Website and ePortals
Lead and manage customer engagement and communication programs, such as in-person/virtual events, workshops, annual conferences, awards programs, onboarding and ongoing nurture campaigns
Develop strong Market network to gather market intelligence and update competition activities
Track competition pricing to understand Market Operating prices of products and align our pricing with market.
Engage closely with product marketing team of this product line and ensure that India market needs are addressed in the planned NPIs
Ensure an effective & timely launch of the offering and be the SPOC driving the NPI say-do
Ensure correct Pricing and Positioning for all the products in the LOB.
Manage Gross Margins for the LOB by putting the right pricing strategies in place.
Actively participate in demand planning and SIOP activities
