1) Will execute the strategies jointly planned by the Sales and Marketing team and be responsible for effectively deploying and executing projects.
2) Be accountable for accurate and timely availability of data and information necessary in making right business plans and decisions;
3) Report competitors activity in a specified format and time frame including new launches, if any.
4) Learn the dynamics of the market/category and plan trade promotions; establish display objectives and also train sales team on how to install displays in a proper and effective manner;
5) Ensure in-market execution of trade promotions/schemes planned for the JCG and take corrective action in case of non-compliance by co-coordinating with the ASM concerned;
6) Build organization capability in terms of:
a) Product knowledge,
b) How to use POPs in the market place effectively;
7) Equip oneself with area data and compare potential vs. sales and make relevant plans;
8) Report & suggest sales promotion (Media, Display, boards, mela exhibitions, wall paintings, trade schemes, use of POP, hoarding etc).
