• Positions reporting in – Territory Heads, Area Heads, DDSM, RSO
• Sales: as per assigned budget – Primary, Secondary, Tertiary
• Collections: as per company commercial norms
» Team (AH/TH/TE) manpower productivity as per preset norms
» ISP’s productivity as per metro & non metro pre set slabs in EC.
» Town productivity/dealer productivity as per prescribed norms.
• Expand distribution as per the geographical coverage and MPV.
» To add dealers in existing towns and add more dealers in new towns as per classification.
» Customer service with support of service team.
• ISP recruitment, training, retraining to enhance productivity.
• Display & merchandise
• Competition information
• Sales Forecasting/ scheme redistribution
• Structured Reporting: Weekly/Fortnightly/monthly.
• Liasoning with other support functions falls in his area of operation.
