LoB head Business Intelligence & Analytics
Responsible for growth, profitability and delivery of Business Intelligence Line of Business. A delivery leader capable of managing multiple projects and be responsible for its P&L. Key responsibilities are to manage and engage client teams to understand, define and develop data-driven solutions to meet the needs of clients
Formulate and implement short and long term strategies for the growth of the business
Responsible for creating annual plans for the Business in coordination with Sales
Responsible for estimate, size and structure proposals and service contracts
Risk mitigation and planning contingency for all projects within the business unit.
Build strong relationships with the customers in order to maintain revenue growth.
Work closely with the Solutions team to build customized solutions, pitches and driving the revenues and delivery of these solutions
Client delivery assurance: ensure that the projects are executed according to client expectations within the parameters of the terms of contract.
Assist the sales team by anchoring pre-sales activities for qualified opportunities.
Responsibility for growth , development and retention of teams
Leverage technology to enhance the competitive position of clients by identifying appropriate solutions and/or products and designs
Effectively provide consultancy to clients on various aspects of their business using data analytics
Lead project management adherence of timelines and quality of delivery, forecast people requirement, other business needs, manage and communicate with stakeholders, ensure that the teams follow operational discipline
Be the thought leader in the focus area, go to person for internal teams
Extensive experience interacting with C-level executives.

Experience managing large global complex BI projects and teams.
