- Design and implementation of local compensation processes and programs in line with Total Reward strategy and priorities.
- Responsible for delivery of end to end annual compensation processes for all of Consulting and Solutions in International and National Wise.
- Complex excel-based modelling and detailed analysis of annual budget distribution, pay matrices, bonus plans.
- Development of compensation/reward communications and training for HR, line managers and employees.
- Conduct salary range reviews and market data analysis.
- Responsible for managing and implementing ad-hoc reward projects, including bonus programs, process improvement initiatives, internal controls.
