Initiate and drive various rewards and recognition ( R&R ) programs.
? Recruitment, Selection & Exit:
Sourcing appropriate candidates for selection for vacant positions from all verticals and domains (Internal candidates, headhunting, Campus Recruitments, Job portal and consultants)
Independently manage the entire recruitment process from screening, selection, hiring and assimilation
Develop a comprehensive profile database of potential applicants
Develop strong working relationship with all the functional heads to understand the man power needs
Attending of Post selection formalities like, Drafting & sending offer letters, Preparation of Appointment letter, Employment agreements, pre-employment medical examination & verification / obtaining of original certificates in support of identity, age, qualification, experience and other HR related correspondences
Review exit interviews and related tasks in Coordination with Head–HR. Ensuring relieving documentation & deactivation of employee access to corporate network, Emails, and completion of exit formalities and recording of documentation
Training, Development and Skill Matrix:
Training events like Group Induction programs to new entrants, coordinate of technical and Soft skill training
Co-ordinate the training programs for employees and with process owners
Skill matrix preparation and analysis to identify training needs to optimize productivity
Training needs Assessment, prepare Training Budget, Calendar, Forecast, Planning, Developing. Implementing, and Administering Learning and Development initiatives
Compliance / Maintenance of systems & procedures in respect of T & D as per ISO standards.
Formulate policies and procedures related to training and development
Performance Management System:
Timely implementation and completion of the direct employee’s appraisal system monitor and review the key result areas, monitoring the entire Talent / Career Management System to ensure all the employees complete the process on time.
Coordinate with Functional and Departmental heads for annual appraisals
Manage HR processes Job descriptions, annual performance assessments & objectives, annual HR review etc.
Liaising with different Government Offices for obtaining License, approvals and clearances, Registration of Industrial Establishments under various statutory authorities
Submission of monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly and Annual returns under PF, ESI, PT, Labor Welfare Fund, Factories Act, National & Festival holidays Act, Payment of Gratuity Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Minimum Wages Act, Employment exchange Act, etc.
Employee Welfare :
Ensure employee involvement, employee engagements, maintaining appropriate contact with the employees to stay abreast concerns and address personal and performance related issues.
One to one meeting with employees to understand their personal and professional problems, addressing employees’ queries and issues.
Formulate & implement the new employee welfare policies aligned with organizational requirement basis & as per corporate trend analysis
To take care of Employee welfare activities, like, Uniforms & shoes, canteen, medical assistance, transportation, hospitalization, counseling in case of absenteeism and if any crisis, assisting to come out from personal, emotional, psychological problems of the employees etc.
Maintaining harmonious IR environment at Plant level with no industrial disturbances.
Work in close co-ordination with the Unit Head/Functional Heads / Multi Union leaders for identifying and resolving various issues specific to the unit/location
Communicating HR policies and practices to Union / employees and counseling them on various issues
Attending Negotiation and settlement of Demands and disputes with the union / workers.
Effectively managing the disciplinary actions / legal proceedings against any kind of misconducts or deviations of Company’s certified standing orders, policies and procedures by any employees
Inculcate good IR practices at the plant level and drafting Warning letters, Charge Sheets, conducting Domestic Enquiries, etc. and initiate necessary action based on the report of the domestic enquiry.
Payroll, Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation & Benefits structure benchmarking, for various levels as per the prevailing trends in the industry
Payroll processing, leave management
Wage compensation structure including fixation and negotiation
Generating statutory reports like PF, ESI, PT, Income Tax
On time salary advice, salary revisions, annual increments, salary grievances etc.
Policy, Procedures & HR Administration:
Active member of policy drafting and implementation team, implemented policies on attendance, leave, safety, promotion, Notice period and employee welfare.
Ensure discipline and work timings are maintained at all times, smooth functioning of security,
Co-ordination with Accounts and Finance Dept. for the payment of company expenses like Transportation, Canteen, House Keeping, Contract Labors, Hostel
Conduct periodical surveys on Transportation, Canteen & Employee Satisfaction etc.
